Create a Habit

Day 12 - Create a Habit you will thank yourself for later.

Create one habit today that you will be thankful you did later.

Start something new. It doesn't have to be big. It can be small. Read during your lunch instead of talking on the phone. Do 20 sit-ups and push-ups first thing in the morning.

The key is to be consistent and watch a habit become something beneficial to your future self.

Do a little everyday.

It will add up.
